✦ Introduction
-By requesting a commission, you agree to these terms of service. It is recommended that you review my portfolio to get an idea of my previous work and my areas of expertise (urban and interior environments). I reserve the right to decline commissions that do not comply with these terms, if there is no response regarding payment after one week, or if they go against my personal or artistic values.✦ Base Price
-The base price for a commission starts at $25 USD. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request. The final artwork will be delivered in .png and/or .jpg format.✦ Resolution
-Default resolution: 2560x1440 px (QHD).-If you need a different resolution, please inform me in advance. Maximum resolution: 5000 x 5000 px.✦ Delivery and Deadlines
-The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks (starting from the moment the sketch is approved). If any issues arise on my end, I will let you know.-If you need the work by a specific date (within 3 weeks or less), please mention it from the beginning, as this may incur an additional charge depending on the urgency.-Upon completion, the final file will be delivered via email or a shared drive link. Any extras can be discussed.✦ Communication
-All communication will take place primarily via Twitter (DMs) or email, mainly in English or Spanish.-A clear and detailed description of what you want is appreciated.-References such as simple sketches, photos, floor plans, color palettes, layouts, etc. are very helpful.-Good communication helps avoid misunderstandings. Don’t hesitate to ask if anything is unclear.-I will send regular updates for each production phase. If you prefer not to receive them, please let me know at the start.✦ Promotional Use
-By default, commissions may be used to promote my portfolio and social media.-If you prefer your commission not to be posted, please state it at the beginning along with your reasons. Your privacy will be respected.✦ Optional Add-ons

Terms of service
✦ Payments
-Work begins once payment has been received in advance. It is recommended to pay 100% of the total amount to avoid delays; however, if necessary, a minimum of 50% of the total cost is accepted.-Payment must be made within one week after the invoice is sent; otherwise, the commission will be canceled.-If the full cost is not paid in a single transaction, the remaining amount must include the PayPal fee in order to proceed with phases beyond the lineart.-Accepted payment methods: PayPal.✦ Changes and Revisions
-During the sketch phase, nearly unlimited changes are allowed to achieve the desired result.-After the sketch is approved and before the base coloring is finished, up to 2 minor changes are allowed.-Additional changes, especially after the lineart, will incur an extra cost.-If no specific color palette is provided, flat colors can be changed up to 3 times for free.-If the client does not respond to revision requests within 3 days, the work will continue without the need for approval.✦ Refunds
-If you or I cancel the commission before the sketch is completed, 100% of the payment will be refunded, minus PayPal fees.-After the sketch is finished, cancellations are non-refundable.-If the client stops responding after making payment, a grace period of 3 days will be granted once it’s their turn in the waiting list. After that, progress will be assumed as accepted, and the work will continue based on what was previously discussed.✦ Restrictions and Special Conditions
-The artwork may not be used for NFTs or Blockchain technologies.-The artwork may not be used with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.-It is forbidden to edit or modify the final artwork without explicit permission.-If you need adaptable background versions (colors, crops, layers), please mention it from the beginning.✦ Final Recommendations
